Reflection

Evening prayer makes room for unfinished matters while asking God for rest and renewed mercy tomorrow.

Prayer

Lord, I lay this day down. Guard my rest and meet me with mercy in the morning.

Pause and consider

Before sleep, write one unfinished concern and one sentence of release.
